CMR-986 is a compact 3.5G wireless-N router providing fast, reliable and on-the-go connectivity for every occasion. For Internet access, the router supports 3.5G mobile standard, Cable/DSL as well as WiFi AP Internet access. With CMR-986, mobile users can access and share their mobile connection anywhere their service is available.
The new CNet router offers mobility to the max. A mini-USB port on this device can be used for optional external power sources. This could be connecting to a battery pack, a car charger or using power from the USB port on a computer. Users will no longer be bound to AC power availability and that means Internet access on-the-go.
The built-in 802.11-N access point provides faster speeds and enhanced reach to wireless clients. Easy wireless setup is possible through WPS and wireless security is achieved through WEP, WPA and WPA2 standards.
