CNUSB-24 is the latest CNet USB 2.0 Hub, that allows up to 127 different peripherals to be added or removed without having to reboot the host PC. Using this hub, USB connected devices can transmit data at rates up to 40 times faster than USB1.1 compliant connections. This USB 2.0 Hub is capable of operating in self-powered and bus powered modes. When using an external power supply, the hub will automatically switch to a self-powered mode and is capable of supplying up to 500mA to each port. In the bus powered mode, the hub provides up to 100mA to each port for peripherals with low power requirements such as keyboards and mouse. CNUSB-24 comes with 4 types "A" downstream ports for connecting peripherals as well as one (1) type "B" upstream port for connecting to another USB Hub or to the host computer. These Hubs are perfect USB solutions for PCs using Windows 95 / 98 / Me/2000/XP or Apple's iMac.
