San Jose, CA, July 2010 - Known for its total network solution approach, CNet Technology, a Silicon Valley networking and communications company announced the addition of new wireless-N mobile routers with 3G cellular networks connection capability. The CWR-935M , CBR-980 and CMR-986 are all wireless-N routers with 300Mbps download speeds, and capable of connecting to the Internet through 3G, cable/DSL or Wi-Fi networks.

“To answer the ever increasing demand for mobile and on-the-go connectivity, we decided to offer 3G mobile Internet access to our range of wireless-N products.” said Chang Lee, EVP of CNet Technology.

CWR-935M and CMR-986 are high performance mobile routers offering all standard features of SOHO wireless-N routers with the addition of 3.5G Internet access through an external USB modem. Available in rugged cases and designed for mobility, the new CNet mobile routers accept multiple power source options relieving users from AC power availability. Alternative power sources for these routers are battery packs, car chargers and powering from USB ports on computers. All CNet 3G routers comply with UMTS and CDMA cellular networks and 3G connections can be used as backup to cable/DSL access.

CBR-980 is a fashionably designed small office home office router that comes with all advanced features of a 2T2R wireless-N router. It is equipped with two 2dBi antennas with one internal and one detachable external and a maximum throughput of 300Mbps. CBR-980 offers failover capability for 3G Internet access in the way that 3G connections can be used as backup to Cable/DSL Internet. For wireless security the router supports WEP/WPA/WPA2 and for a secure and easy wireless connection, users can use the WPS feature.

CWR-935M and CBR-980 are now available at CNet distributors including SED, Ma Labs, CT Int’l, Intcomex, FONIX and CMR-986 will be available soon.
