WIRELESS-G VPN ROUTER
The new CNet CWR-854 Wireless Router features an integrated 4-port
10/100Base switch, an 802.11g compliant Access Point and a cable/DSL
router all in one box. The router comes with a built-in firewall
feature for protecting LAN nodes against intruders. Utilizing
the VPN feature on this router, secure connection is provided
for users connecting to private networks from the Internet. The
Access Point side of CWR-854 can be configured to operate in several
modes from a basic AP to WDS or both as well as a client mode.
Wireless security is achieved through advanced encryption schemes
such as WPA and WPA2 as well as 802.1x authentications.
